How to Participate

Participation in MLPSC is open to everyone. We encourage participation from scholars at every stage of their career from all academic disciplines. Our friends from government and the industry are welcome as well. There are three main ways to participate in MLPSC:

  1. Workshop a paper. Submit an abstract (1,000 words or less) of a paper you want to workshop. See the Call for Abstracts for all the information on how to submit. The abstract deadline for MLPSC 2022 is September 3, 2021. Full papers will be due December 10, 2021.
  2. Serve as a discussant. Discussants chair an author’s paper workshop. They read them paper, provide some initial comments and suggestions and then moderate the discussion.
  3. Be a participant. MLPSC relies on all of our participants to provide authors with great suggestions for improvement during the workshops. Participants bring the magic!
